Architect Michael Jantzen Replacing Smoke Stacks With Power Towers

The question in my mind is, can something so beautiful really replace something so ugly? I can see you’re a little confused by the question. Your thinking, fugally looses every time, right? Fresh young, replaces old and tired. 19 year old Victoria Secret Super Model beats, 28 year old Victoria Secret Super Model, but of course. Yes, those rules apply in the world you and I live in, but they don’t see the light of day in the murky world of There Will Be Blood! The older and uglier it is, the more they desire it. And Coal and Oil are as old and ugly as you can get.

Just think about it, coal guys blow up mountains, kill their workers, poison our planet and run ads calling coal clean. See, that is pretty ugly, and of course so damn sexy! Right!

So back to my question, can something so beautiful, clean and uncontrollable really be the future of power?

Architect Michael Jantzen may not know the answer to that question and I have a feeling he doesn’t care. He isn’t designing super power turbines to save the world. No he is designing power turbines to save our souls.

Wind Turbine Observation Tower Details

An observation tower that people can walk through to view the surrounding landscape, while the five wind activated segments of the structure rotate around them in different directions. While these segments rotate, they also produce electricity which is used to light the structure at night.
