How’s this for giving and giving back? Barneys New York is encouraging denim recycling by offering a 20% off incentive to those buying a new pair from their store between August 6th and 19th.

The offer, which is good at all Barneys flagship and Co-op stores, swaps a “previously loved” pair of jeans for a 20% discount on a fresh, fully priced pair. According to an e-mailer sent out to registered Barneys customers and e-savvy fashionistas, all of the denim collected will be donated to local Big Brothers Big Sisters organizations.
