Bill O’Reilly invited our friend Rory Freedman on to his show to talk about the rejected Peta Ads. The ads show sexy women licking veggies, and make the statement that a meat based diet can lead to men become impotent. Bill also invited a pro-meat eating women to counter Rory. So, basically it was two people saying we are going to eat our meat, no matter what, but lets make a joke about Peta’s ads, which is basically what Peta wanted in the first place. America don’t you want to know why the world economy is tanking? Who did, who gained, who let it happen, who should pay, and how are we going to fix this mess. Does anyone really believe we will ever find out the real answers to any of those questions? Not if the truth finder is going to be the Justice Department? But don’t worry, here comes Michael Moore to the rescue! New York Times reveals today Michael is looking for a few Wall Street insiders to spill their guts on camera for his new film. The film is a continueation of what is turning out to be Joshes life work, understanding fuel and it’s effects on all of us. Why is our world falling apart, why are we constantly at war, why are we using a toxic substance which pollutes our planet and enriches our enemies? You maybe surprised by the answers. The film is out now, checkout the movie site at: thefuelfilm.com
Also, checkout our interview with Josh, when he visited our studio last year and was on Room101.
Here is what the L.A. Times said about the film.

We’re all going to die!
According to leading scientists, our world has made minced meat of most of its former tenants. Fossil records indicate mass catastrophic climate change has occurred on Earth five previous times throughout her many revolving days of existence. Climate change that looks a lot like the end of the world. Or at least the end of our world.
Now, some scientists are predicting we are moving aggressively towards Climatic Revolution Number Six. (And no, it’s not on the Beatles White Album.)
That’s right. We’re not just gonna die. We’re going to be consumed. Burned up. Used as fuel for the great space machine.
Relax; it’s not the end of the world. The world will go on turning. It’s the tenants who get forcibly evicted. Extinction style.

Who knew making wine was such a large factor in global warming? Apparently those in the Bordeaux region did. And luckily for us they’re doing something about it.
Reading this reminded me of the time I realized that leaving home meant losing my allowance. Something I once took for granted was now being turned into something for which I had to become responsible. So of course, I wanted to learn more about this unexpected splash into my glass.
Media Watch | Rachel Maddow Beating The Drums For Criminal Investigations For The Former Bush Government
Rachel Maddow is a very pushy woman. She just wont let up the beating of the drums. Almost every night on her show The Rachael Maddow Show on MSNBC, she brings up the idea of criminal investigations for the former Bush Government. And tonight she was rewarded with the smell of blood in the air. Very powerful Democrats have now picked up on the idea of hearings and criminal proceedings and they seem to be getting organized. And yes, Rachel couldn’t be happier. Continue Reading / Additional Photos / Videos
Those of us who voted for President Obama, have been watching the headlines looking for some sign that his government will bring sanity and real justice to America. But of course those who voted for the other guy and marched in step with the Bush thug squad, are saying, things like, it’s time to look forward. It is time to forgive and definitely forget. The nation needs to focus on healing our economy. Let’s just re-write that inconvenient past and let George Bush gracefully fade into history.
The rest of us, would rather get on with bringing out all that smelly grimy festering dirt now, and let justice finally see the light of day. Allowing the average American to once again believe in our own country. That would be real healing. For those of us who believe in the Green movement, the last eight years have seemed like a nightmare which would never end. One crazy bully move after the next by a government focused on nothing but its own propaganda and it’s desire to rule over all others. It felt like we where watching a of version what happened to Germany during the rise of the Nazi’s. A stunned population just letting horrible things happen. It was almost like one of those twisted marvel comics, to crazy to be true.
Will President Obama allow the Bush Government to actually get a way with all the crimes they committed during the last 8 years? Will the new Justice department bring indictments against anyone in the former Bush government? Will Bush himself ever see an indictment, a courtroom, a cell? NBC Nightly News features a bright spot in the jobs market. In a depressed Michigan town called Greensville, new green jobs in the solar industry are booming. The company doing all the hiring is United Solar Ovonic. They manufacture thin film flexible solar panels and they have been working with the city and community college to train a new skilled work force.
The town of 8,000 people was abandoned by their largest employer Electrolux when that company closed the factory and moved it to Mexico, where employees where cheaper. Continue Reading / Additional Photos / Videos
So, the big question is, what will happen to all the momentum gained in the organic food movement, now that the world economies are crashing around our feet? Will consumers revert back to buying the heavily sprayed pesticide crops from conventional grocers? Or will they continue to pay a premium to continue eating organic foods from the small farmers, such as the ones the G Living staff buys from? Well, based on my conversations with some of those farmers this past weekend, they seem to be doing fine. They tell me, there hasn’t been any noticeable change in volume of buyers or the amount they buy each week. One farmer did say, he decided to keep his prices lower and ate the higher cost of fuel, to make sure he kept his long term customers happy.
In the clip above from an Irish TV network, the story seems to be the same over in Ireland. The station interviews both a small organic farmer and the largest Irish Organic grocer, with both of them saying sales are steady. The consumer seems to value the quality and is holding firm on their food buying choices for now. Continue Reading / Additional Photos / Videos

Federal Bureau of Intimidation by Howard Zinn
I thought it would be good to talk about the FBI because they talk about us. They don’t like to be talked about. They don’t even like the fact that you’re listening to them being talked about. They are very sensitive people. If you look into the history of the FBI and Martin Luther King-which now has become notorious in that totally notorious history of the FBI- the FBI attempted to neutralize, perhaps kill him, perhaps get him to commit suicide, certainly to destroy him as a leader of black people in the United States.
And if you follow the progression of that treatment of King, it starts, not even with the Montgomery Bus Boycott; it starts when King begins to criticize the FBI. You see, then suddenly Hoover’s ears, all four of them, perk up. And he says, okay, we have to start working on King.
I was interested in this especially because I was reading the Church Committee report. In 1975, the Senate Select Committee investigated the CIA and the FBI and issued voluminous reports and pointed out at what point the FBI became interested in King. In 1961-62 after the Montgomery Bus Boycott, after the sit-ins, after the Freedom Rides of ’61, there was an outbreak of mass demonstrations in a very little, very Southern, almost slave town of southern Georgia called Albany. There had been nothing like this in that town. A quiet, apparently passive town, everybody happy, of course. And then suddenly the black people rose up and a good part of the black population of Albany ended up in jail. There were not enough jails for all who demonstrated. With insane gas prices and rising rage against corn based biodiesel, a new fuel looks like it just may just steal the spotlight. Simple green pond scum Algae is that new fuel and it may just prove to be the mightiest fuels of all.
Because of greenwashing, I’m usually really skeptical about new products and technology claiming that they’re green. But, this seems like the real deal. Using algae fuel instead of gas significantly reduces carbon emissions from cars. Not only that, but because algae is a plant, it needs CO2 to live while it’s being processed. And where does it get this CO2? Neighboring coal-fired or manufacturing plants! To sweeten the deal even further, the algae fuel doesn’t need any fossil fueled machines to make it. So, instead of just not polluting, the algae are also cleaning the air around it.
