The Plant in Dumbo, NY is holding ‘Organic Academics‘, 3 hour organic raw cheffing classes with the head chefs Matthew Kenney and Kristen Reyes. Learn how the pros tackle raw ingredients and shape shift them into pure culinary bliss.

Each class is only $65 and includes multiple course taste testing and hands on experience.

The upcoming classes are:

Ice Cream – Saturday August 12th 1-4pm

Bluegreen Essentials – Saturday August 19th 1-4pm

I haven’t had a chance to make it to the East Coast to attend one of the classes yet, but our chef Vanessa Sherwood has and said it was amazing.
