To Assemble

Tea Boil the black tea on the stove top. The longer you leave it in the pot the better. Mix in your vanilla bean, cinnamon sticks and orange water. The orange water adds a slight floral taste.

Coconut Cream Using a high powered double or single screw type of juicer, take the mature coconut meat and juice it. The result should be a thick white cream. The cream is used on the top of the tea.

I’m hopinig you’ll improve the instructions on this recipe, as I would like to blog it (peacefultable.blogspot). Video verbal instructions mention star anise, but it’s not in the written. Do we wait for the boiled tea to come to room temperature before we add the spices? Thank you, love your site! Amanda
