Some celebrities don’t handle their newfound role of motherhood very well. Examples of this might include: driving with a child on your lap, behaving erratically or even handing over custody of your children to a man who wears cornrows. Others seem better equipped for the job.
Take new mom, Nicole Richie, who was recently photographed with fiancé Joel Madden leaving Whole Foods with some Seventh Generation Chlorine-Free Diapers. Smart choice. Just like conventional diapers, these will keep baby Harlow dry – but without all the dangerous toxins. By taking chlorine out of the equation, you also eradicate scary byproducts like dioxin – known to accumulate in both people and animals and for polluting our air, water and soil.
A word of advice to all you Hollywood hotties out there: take a leaf from Nicole Richie’s book. Get your DUIs, eating disorders and altercations with Paris Hilton out of your system before you spawn. Motherhood is a time to be responsible — for yourself, your baby and the environment.
