This is a Pure Martini Red Rose Petal Fusion that I demonstrated on Fox 29 “Good Morning Show” in Philly for Valentine’s Day. The reduction process occurs overnight. Which is “Herve This” method. Also, I use ZYR Vodka because after trial and error with other Vodka’s I found the Rose Petal fusion actually promotes the flavor of the vodka . Which is exactly what these fusions are designed for to promote the spirit not to cover-up or overwhelm the the flavor of the spirit. ZYR Vodka also goes through a 9 step distillation process which makes ZYR the most pure vodka I have found on the market.

Red Rose Petal Martini

For the Red Rose Fusion Design 3 cups Distilled Water 3 Red Roses with petal removed. Trim any top edges of rose which tends to add bitterness 15 ea. Red Cherries with pits removed. Cut in Half 1 pinch of Fresh Basil. Equals about 1 leaf 1/2 TBSP of Fresh Agave nectar |
Step 1: In a non-stick saute pan add 1 cup of distilled water.
Step 2: While bringing water to simmer slowly add the fresh Agave Nectar.
Step 3: Add Red Cherries.
Step 4: Add Half of Rose Petals.
Step 5: Bring to simmer and remove from heat.
Step 2: Slowly stir in pinch of Basil.
Step 3: Slowly fold in remaining Rose Petals.
Step 4: In a 1 qt. ceramic dish add remaining distilled water-then slowly incorporate Rose Petal Fusion to ceramic dish.
Step 5: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or 12 hours.
Note: It’s important to use a non-stick pan so that oil/butter will not be needed to prevent sticking, thus creating an undesirable flavor.
Also, Using a ceramic dish to hold fusion overnight is also to prevent any additional flavor that a metal or plastic dish may create.

For the Red Rose Martini: 2.5 oz. ZYR 2.5 oz. Rose Fusion 3 Rose Petals For Garnish |
Step 1: Fill Martini glass with ice and fill with water, PUT TO THE SIDE.
Step 2: Fill Ice Shaker with Cubed Ice and add ZYR Vodka – Stir in Fusion Gently.
Step 3: Empty Martini Glass filled with Ice Water.
Step 4: Strain in ROSE PETAL MARTINI into glass.
Step 5: Garnish with (3) Rose Petals and serve with passion.
