Mom-in-law’s Roasted Potatoes and Hand Exfoliater
Preheat Oven to 375
2 lbs. cubed Farmer’s Market potatoes
2-4T of organic olive oil
pinches and shakes of salt, pepper, dried rosemary to taste

Cooking Instructions: Put all ingredients in large bowl. Mix with hands, and spread onto a baking sheet. Cook approx. 1 hour.

Beauty Instructions: Rub front and back of hands, wrists, and forearms for as long as you’d like. Rinse with cold water. Dry. Salt, pepper, and dried rosemary exfoliate while olive oil moisturizes.

Simple Cucumber, Avocado Salad and Facial Treatment
1 bunch of Farmer’s Market mixed salad greens
1 peeled cucumber
1 avocado
1 tomato
handful of sliced almonds

Dressing
1/2 shallot, chopped (soak in balsamic vinegar for 20 minutes)
1 part balsamic vinegar
2 parts olive oil
juice of half lemon

Cooking Instructions: Whisk together salad dressing after chpped shallots have soaked, toss with greens.

Beauty Instructions: Rub fleshy part of the leftover avocado peel on your face for a light moisturizer. Place cucumber peels around eyes for ten minutes [via worsted witch, via care2] and take a quick catnap before the guests arrive.
