Week 4 | Lori Painter Raw Food Diet Bikini Challenge

lori painter bikini challenge week4 Week 4 | Lori Painter Raw Food Diet Bikini Challenge

Week 4 of my Raw Food Diet Bikini Challenge. (see week 1 and intro and week 2)

What is this bikini body challenge all about? Lori said: “I am documenting my weight loss bikini body journey with a motivation to look good naked. My desire for a lean green clean machine is through raw foods and fun balancing workouts. Looking good naked may seem superficial, however our bodies are a reflection of self love and respect. Making the world a better place starts within us. Cleaning up the planet starts with clean people. How can we create a clean green planet if we don’t do the same with our own bodies? My aim is to inspire others to act in ways that honor their bodies and the planet at the same time. A clean body clears the mind to conscious growth and a healthy planet.”

Weigh In
Weigh In : 129.2 lbs

The inches are playing games on me, but I have to admit it has been almost 2 months since my last measure and weigh in. So, this is where I am at now.

Video Update Number 4

  • Bust: 36″
  • Waist: 28″
  • Navel: 31″
  • Hips: 38″
  • Thighs: 23″
  • Upper Arm: 11.50″
  • Calf: 14″
  • This looks about where I started, but it just goes to show that fat inches and weight loss can be two different things. As I mention in my video, it’s impossible to lose more than one pound of fat a week. So, I am looking at a slow and natural evolution in my body.

My goal is to have fun. I want to enjoy being active not dread working out! I am going simple again with:
    walking daily 2-4 miles
sun saluations daily, I want to try this fierce flow !
Core rhythms (this was a gift from a friend and I LOVE it). I fall in love with dancing again and again. :)

Wow! Your making great progress! Of course I didn't think there was anything wrong with the way you looked at 133lbs but I understand how you feel. I'm 5'9'' 140lbs and people tell me I look fine but I want to look fabulous! (and feel fabulous as well!)

I have considered doing 80/10/10 in the past but just never got around to it. I'll definitely try it now!

Keep up the great work! You're very motivational and I love the energy and excitement you have for your transformation process. Best of luck!

P.S. What cosmetic line do you use? Your skin is flawless!

Thanks Kasey! :) I currently don't do much w/ my skin care. It's a microfiber cloth and water. For makeup I still use Bobbi Brown. I'd love to find some healthier makeup lines though. Any suggestions?
