What is this bikini body challenge all about? Lori said: “I am documenting my weight loss bikini body journey with a motivation to look good naked. I have been missing my greens this week. Not too sure why, just been eating mostly fruit & laying low on the overt fats. Friday Evening to Saturday Evening water fast for 24 hours. I broke the fast on red wine (biodynamic, organic) not a great way to break a fast. Then had dinner: salad, sauteed carrots & broccoli, a 1/2 C of a rice dish

  • 64 oz water & water from 2 young thai coconuts
  • 20 min precor, 60 min yoga, 20 min sauna, 60 min sun bathe, 90 min easy walking
  • Diet: 5 apples, Raw Chocolate Ice cream ( 5 frozen bananas & 2 T cacao powder), a few bites of papaya
  • Today

  • 2 young thai coconut water
  • 1 apple
  • 5 bananas (made into chocolate ice cream …my latest sweet fix)
  • Lettuce wraps (sprouts, shredded carrots, cucumber, tomato wrapped in butter lettuce and dipped into nama shoyu)
  • 3 steamed russet potatoes (plain)
  • 60 min sun bathe
  • 40 min walk
  • Goal: consistent diet & workouts, 1 fast a week,& not eating late at night.

      it is strange but on videos you don't look like on this picture where you have roxy swimsuit how long does it takes you to look like on this picture. Love it! And don't you think that you are eating not much. Grains are also pretty crucial in our diet.

      Hello Agazima,

      The picture posted is of me weighing about 108. So obviously I don't look the same now. I would love to see how long it takes to get back there. It's about a 20 lb difference and I don't think I'll lose more than 2 lbs a week. So, if I did perfect I guess that would be about 10 weeks. :)

      In the winter I will eat grains. However, that is what got me into this mess to begin with. I was eating too much of the grains. I wasn't being moderate about it. So, I hope to get it all into balance now.

      I am also on a diet vegan diet 1200 kcal. I am still eating grains couse couldn't reach this calories amount. I was last time eating lots of them and I put on weight . But it was really too much. I am grain-lover but it reflects on my look unfortunately. So that i am learing to eat small portions . And you can loose 0,5 kg per week.

      Coming back to you, I love your videos especially with your children they are so cute. They are also vegans?

      I can only dream about weighing 108 lb ! How did you get it ? on raw diet?

      nevertheless you are gorgeus woman and nice mother too. Is it warm in usa now? I mean place where you live. I wish we had raw products in Poland but we have not. Even we havent got dehydrator. Such a shame.

      Thanks so much for all your support and kind comments! :) I can't wait to get back to my goal weight again! Yes, my kids are vegans. However, every once in a while they will have a vegetarian diet. I try to be easy about the transformation and keeping food a positive experience.

      Hi Lori,
      I think you’re losing weight because you aren’t eating much. Fruit, water, green and yellow vegetables, and fasting. You should be eating at least 1200 calories, and with those foods you will have to eat a whole hell of a lot. I think you should incorporate some starches, whole grains, and legumes into your diet. If you are not eating 1200 calories increase your caloric intake by 10% a week until you reach 1200. You will screwing your metabolism up by eating so little.

      Hey Alex,
      Thanks for you comments. My goal is to eat about 1200-1500 calories a day. As far as starches go. In the winter I’ll eat butternut squash, spaghetti squash and yams. However, I do quite poorly on grains and beans. I tend to get puffy and bloated. My energy gets zapped. So I prefer to stay off grains and beans.
